Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with client project teams.
Provide quotes and recommend solutions to customers via phone and email.
Prioritize technical information and troubleshooting needed by customers.
Assist relevant departments in the preparation and presentation of business promotion related materials such as posters, presentations and product data sheets as needed.

Essential Skills and Requirements

Chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or related field.
Experience in formulation development projects or a laboratory environment with analytical chemistry techniques.
Ability to build relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and a disciplined and organized approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for managing microsphere and microneedle technology development and analytical projects.
Analyze samples using analytical instruments such as scanning electron microscopy and manage the analysis of stability samples.
Lead research teams to design and customize products according to customer needs.
Report regularly to customers on project progress during product development.

Essential Skills and Requirements

PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related field.
3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Demonstrated excellent leadership skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
